They’re worth a collective $12.7 trillion—$400 billion less than in 2021. </h3><p>The most dramatic drops have occurred in Russia, where there are 34 fewer billionaires than last year following Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine, and China, where a government crackdown on tech companies has led to 87 fewer Chinese billionaires on the list.</p><p>Still, Forbes found more than 1,000 billionaires who are richer than they were a year ago. Report reaching GhanaSky.com analyst center shows that, Ghana's COVID-19 cases is not yet confirmed by Coronavirus COVID-19 Global Cases by the Center for Systems Science and Engineering (CSSE).</h3>

Ghana quickly jumped to 2 cases after two travelers were tested positive for Coronavirus COVID-19.<br />
<br />
Ghana Ministry of Health disclosed in a statement on Thursday (12th March 2020) about two confirmed cases, that were received at the same time from the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research.<br />
<br />
The two individuals returned to Ghana from Norway and Turkey but  the named country like Turkey has only recorded one person so far, so Ghana immigration services have to cross check those two people.<br />

Three years ago, with the referendum of June 23, 2016, the British people decided with a percentage of almost 52% and with 71.8% participation the exit of Great Britain from the European Union. </h3>

This great result was undoubtedly the first major, painful defeat for the under German-controlled European Union of banks and multinationals.</div>

However, the exit of Great Britain from the European Union, which was scheduled to take place on 29 March 2019, after exactly two years before had been activated the article 50 of the Treaty of Lisbon, which allows members-states to leave the union, ultimately it did not happen because of a failure to reach an agreement with the Brussels establishment. </div>

And no agreement was reached because of the arrogant intransigence of the Brussels conclave, which is trying with abundant overweening to humiliate Great Britain and thus use it as a scarecrow to other countries wishing to escape the German prison of the European Union.</div>

According to statements by new Prime Minister Boris Johnson, Brexit will happen definitively on October 31, 2019, either with an agreement or without an agreement. </div>

And this because an irregular Brexit is preferable to a bad deal that will obviously work against Great Britain and the British people. </div>

However, the supporters of the stay of Great Britain in the European Union essentially want the British people’s will to be annulled and the referendum thrown into the trash following the result of which did not cause any immediate economic crisis as they were warning. </div>

So they are constantly sowing terror, assuring that the consequences of Brexit without a deal will be nightmarish and chaotic, much worse than even Hitler’s bombs. </div>

So they are talking about developments and events that will even endanger the same the unity of the country, huge deficits in food, medicine and fuel that will lead the British to rush like the crazy people to supermarkets, gas stations and pharmacies, “blackout” at ports and airports of the country, destruction of British businesses, decisive blows to the exports and the financial sector, particularly negative impacts on the tourism industry that will transform travel plans millions of people in a hell of delays, cancellations and bureaucracy etc.</div>

But all this logically will not be the case because the responsible government of Boris Johnson for the future of the British economy and the British people, I believe it will take the appropriate measures with prudent and decisive action, drawing up a well-coordinated exit plan that will minimize any negative effects of Brexit.</div>

 This is also confirmed by the statements made on 1 August 2019 by the Minister of Finance of Great Britain Sajid Javid: “Our economy is fundamentally strong, so today we can make many choices. </div>
<div>
We can choose to both invest in our schools, our hospitals, our fantastic police, for example, but we can also prepare to exit the EU. And, if that means leaving with no deal, that’s exactly what we’re going to do.”</div>

<div>
At the same time, Brexit will not only have negative impacts on Great Britain, but also on the European Union. </div>

<br /></div>
<div>
Brexit undoubtedly threatens the unity of the union and creates an example of secession that other countries are likely to follow in the future (Domino Effect), while the lack of Great Britain financial contribution (around ten billion annually) will significantly affect the community budget. </div>

At the same time the Great Britain’s major trading partners (Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain and Belgium) will be significantly affected, while the European Union as a whole will cease to have the largest share of world GDP and be the largest trading power internationally, giving its position in the US and China.</div>

<div>
The blow for the European Union from Brexit, and indeed without an agreement, and given the USA’s solidarity that accompanies it and translates into a major privileged bilateral Great Britain-USA trade agreement, is much more than crucial and can prove fatal for the European Union and the Eurozone, at a time when the latter is experiencing a prolonged economic and political crisis, which has been on the rise lately. </div>

So in the face of heightened power competition between world powers (US, China, Russia, EU) it is more than obvious that the Donald Trump government and the American deep state have decided to curb German influence in the area of the western camp and prevent decisively the enforcement of German wills in European space.</div>

Today’s vision against the rotten, totalitarian and highly neoliberal German European Union, which is the most failed experiment of economic and political union between different nation-states in history, can only be the equal co-operation of free European peoples and sovereign independent democratic countries from one end of Europe to the other.</div>

<div>
In closing, I would like to stress emphatically that any short-term negative effects of Brexit can in no way stand an insurmountable obstacle in the face of the will of the British people, who have been trained many centuries with the democratic traditions and with the precepts of freedom and independence, to liberate his country from the iron shackles of the European Union. </div>

Those who, moreover, rejoice at the parliamentary hurdles and difficulties that lie ahead of proud Brexit or are calling for a second referendum in order to emerge what they want, that is, actually to blackmail democracy, have to know that the ultimate winner will be the sovereign people and the decision they took three years ago. </div>

Mr Mugabe was ousted in a military coup in 2017 after 37 years in power.

Mr Mugabe's early years were praised for broadening access to health and education for the black majority - but his later years were marked by rights abuses and corruption.</h3>
He won Zimbabwe's first election after it secured independence from the UK, becoming prime minister in 1980.

He abolished the office in 1987, becoming president instead.

His successor, Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa, expressed his "utmost sadness", calling Mr Mugabe "an icon of liberation".<br />

 Mr Mnangagwa had been Mr Mugabe's deputy before replacing him.
Liberation 'icon'

Mr Mugabe was born on 21 February 1924 in what was then Rhodesia. The country, once a British colony in Africa, was run by a white minority.

He was imprisoned for more than a decade without trial after criticising the government of Rhodesia in 1964.<br />
<br />
 In 1973, while still in prison, he was chosen as president of the Zimbabwe African National Union (Zanu), of which he was a founding member.

Once released, he headed to Mozambique, directing guerrilla raids into Rhodesia. But he was also seen as a skilled negotiator.

Political agreements to end the crisis resulted in the new independent Republic of Zimbabwe.<br />

 Mr Mugabe, with his high profile in the independence movement, secured an overwhelming victory in the republic's first election.

But over his decades in power that followed, the international perception of Mr Mugabe soured, with an increasing number of critics portraying him as a kind of dictator.<br />

 In 2000, facing serious political opposition for the first time, he seized white-owned farms to resettle black farmers on - causing economic disruption but boosting his popularity among his supporters.

Around the same time, pro-Mugabe militias used violence to influence political outcomes.<br />
<br />
 In 2008, when he lost the first round of the presidential election, attacks on the opposition resulted in his rival pulling out of the contest.<br />
<br />
 He was forced to concede to power-sharing in 2009 amid economic collapse, installing rival Morgan Tsvangirai as prime minister.

But in 2017, amid concerns that he was grooming his wife Grace as his successor, the army - his long-time allies - turned against the president and forced him to step down.<br />
<br />
 What has the reaction been?

Deputy Information Minister Energy Mutodi, of Mr Mugabe's Zanu-PF party, told the BBC it was "very much saddened" by the former leader's death.<br />
<br />
 "As a government, we are very much with the family members of the Mugabe family," he said.

"He was a principled man, he could not change easily over his beliefs, he's a man who believed himself, he's a man who believed in what he did and he is a man who was very assertive in whatever he said."

But the many YESs will not quite translate into the creation of a new region.<br />
<br />
The constitution stipulates 50 percent turnout and 80 percent out of that number voting YES. Only then can a new region be created.<br />
<br />
 The exercise began at 7am on Thursday with a few hitches. While attendance was massive in some parts, others recorded low turnout. 
<br />
<br />
But largely, the process has been peaceful and incident-free.

Ohemeng Tawiah is in Brong Ahafo where two regions – Ahafo and Bono East – will be created if the requirements are met through the votes.<br />
<br />
 He reports at the Tankani Primary School in Atebub-Amentin, one of the many polling stations, 41 voted YES. The area had 43 registered voters.<br />
<br />
 At the Hwidiem SHS ‘A’ polling station also in the Brong Ahafo region, out of the 513 registered voters, 473 voted YES.<br />
<br />
Only two voted NO with two rejected ballots.

Still at Hwidiem, at the Osuodumgya SHS ‘A’ 604 voted YES and two voted NO. Some 607 voters out of the 762 registered voters turned out to cast their ballot.<br />
<br />
 In the Western region at the Anglican Primary School, ‘B’ 439 voted YES, none voted NO.<br />
<br />

 At the Anglican primary School ‘A’, 452 out of 769 voted YES, none voted NO.

At the Arms Polling Station ‘A’ in the Techiman South Constituency, 636 voted YES, two voted NO and there was one rejected ballot.
 Hashmin Mohammed is in the Northern region and reports that at the Asalia Primary ‘B’ polling station 452 out of 478 registered voted YES, none voted NO. Two spoilt ballots were recorded.<br />
<br />
 In the Volta regional town of Akpafu, however, some youth decided to boycott the vote.<br />
<br />
They told Joy News correspondent Mawuli Yevu Agbi, they had no interest in the process as they did not call for the creation of the Oti region.<br />
<br />
 As of 2 PM at the Akpafu Odomi E.P. Primary School, only nine people had voted and at the end of polls, only 1.8 percent of eligible voters had cast their ballot at the SCMB polling station.<br />
<br />
 The situation was different at the Jasikan district. At the District Council Hall polling station, 356 voted YES, two voted No.<br />

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) secured 79,883 votes followed by Bhutan Kuen-Nyam Party (BKP) with 28,473 votes.<br />
<br />
 The Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) of the Election Commission of Bhutan (ECB) formally declared the results of the polls this morning.<br />
<br />
 The DNT also received the highest postal ballots at 37556, while 55166 were EVM votes.
<br />
<br />
The DPT had received 36912 postal and 53108 EVM votes.

The PDP secured the highest EVM votes at 56180. As for postal votes, the party received 23703.<br />
<br />
 The BKP secured 10409 postal and EVM 18064 votes.<br />
<br />
 ECB says the two winning parties- DNT and DPT- will now have to formally nominate their candidates to contest the general election.<br />
<br />
 The candidate nomination period begins from tomorrow and ends on September 21.
