 Because, Today the story is non-identical among Ghana churches, Africa Churches and even foreign churches.

Presby University College GHS 3,500 per semester<br />
Ghana Baptist University GHS 5,000 per semester

Methodist University GHS 3,800 per semester

 Anglican University of Ghana GHS 6,200 per semester<br />
 Assemblies of God University GHS 4,000 per semester.

 Therefore, all these UNIVERSITIES were built from TITHES and OFFERINGS of the common people who now can't afford to send their children to these schools today.<br />
<br />
 Most noteworthy, where is the morals and responsibilities of the churches as charity in Ghana?<br />
<br />
 Certainly, what is the difference between church and political leadership in Ghana ?

Above all, these schools were all built with the sweats of their church members who kept sowing seeds like:

-special offering seeds
-first fruit seed,
-redemption seed,
-thanksgiving seed,
-harvest seed,
-tithes,
-pastor's seed,
-church building seed,
-evangelism seed,
-father's day seed,
-mother's day seed,
-children' day seed,
-Pastor's cake seed,
-olive oil seed....etc.</h2>
Even more, these schools are now elite schools, only for the rich politician children.<br />
<br />
 The gainers then use the profits to buy private planes & jets to fly up high in luxury, ride Exotic Cars and live in expensive Mansions, while their members, (who are mostly the least of Jesus people) sleep hungry.<br />
<br />
 Maybe, the next Sunday, they will read <a href="https://ghanachurch.com/online-holy-bible/" rel="noopener" target="_blank"><strong>Malachi 3:6-12</strong></a> to these members again without making reference to <a href="https://ghanachurch.com/online-holy-bible/" rel="noopener" target="_blank"><strong>Deuteronomy 14:22-29</strong></a> about their own responsibility to these poor members in their churches.<br />
<br />
 Likewise, if you think this is unfair, like me, please pass on this message because this is reality and we also need the CHANGE here!!!<br />
<br />
 Finally, thank God for early missionaries who built schools and gave basic
education FREE or NEAR FREE to many of us including the CURRENT LEADERSHIP of these churches and universities.<br />
<br />
 The TRUTH is a bitter pill to swallow.<br />

South African Government Begins Seizing Land from White Farmers

President Cyril Ramaphosa has just begun the process of seizing land from his own citizens, without compensation, purely due to their skin color.<br />
<br />
That's far more racist than anything Donald Trump has ever done, of course, but elites in America barely even care.<br />
<br />
 The farms, located in the northern province of Limpopo, were unilaterally seized after their owners refused to accept a combined $2.8 million payment from the government, claiming the properties are worth roughly ten times that amount, according to the Johannesburg-based newspaper City Press.<br />
<br />
 Akkerland Boerdery, the hunting company that operates the farms, was informed of the impending seizure earlier this year and immediately filed an injunction to prevent it, but the Department of Rural Development and Land Affairs blocked their appeal.
<br />
<h3>
South African Government Begins Seizing Land from White Farmers</h3>
“Notice is hereby given that a terrain inspection will be held on the farms on April 5, 2018 at 10am in order to conduct an audit of the assets and a handover of the farm’s keys to the state,” a letter sent to the owners in April said.<br />
<br />
 “What makes the Akkerland case unique is that they apparently were not given the opportunity to first dispute the claim in court, as the law requires,” Annelie Crosby, a spokeswoman for the agricultural industry association AgriSA, told City Press.<br />
<br />
 Though the South African constitution entitles the government to seize private land if it is “in the public interest,” the recent land appropriation marks the first time the state has refused to pay market value for property.

Since apartheid ended in 1994, the government has adhered to a “willing seller, willing buyer” policy in redistributing white-owned land to the long-disenfranchised black population.<br />
<br />
That policy was apparently abandoned with the 2018 presidential election of Cyril Ramaphosa, who pledged to act more aggressively in redistributing land.
<br />
<h3>
African National Congress chairman Gwede Mantashe illuminated the new approach in a blunt statement made last week.</h3>
“You shouldn’t own more than 25,000 acres of land. Therefore if you own more it should be taken without compensation,” he said.“People who are privileged never give away privilege as a matter of a gift. And that is why we say, to give you the tools, revisit the constitution so that you have a legal tool to do it.”<br />
<br />
 AfriForum, an advocacy group representing the country’s white Afrikaner minority, accused the government earlier this year of compiling a list of nearly 200 white-owned farms for seizure. Though the government denied the existence of such a list, AfriForum officials claim that the recently seized properties were at the top of it and the state’s actions confirm its existence.<br />
<br />
 “So the debate about the authenticity of the list is settled then?” Afriforum CEO Ernest Roets said Sunday. “We hope that the gravity of the state’s plans for expropriation is understood and that people will see through the dishonesty of the Department of Land Reform and Rural Development.”<br />

Kofi Atta Annan was born in Kumasi on April 8, 1938. Since 1960 Ghana has been a republic within the British Commonwealth, a group of nations dependent on Great Britain. Named for an African empire along the Niger River, Ghana was ruled by Great Britain for 113 years as the Gold Coast. Annan is descended from tribal chiefs on both sides of his family. His father was an educated man, and Annan became accustomed to both traditional and modern ways of life. He has described himself as being "atribal in a tribal world."<br />
<br />
After receiving his early education at a leading boarding school in Ghana, Annan attended the College of Science and Technology in the capital of Kumasi. At the age of twenty, he won a Ford Foundation scholarship for undergraduate studies at Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he studied economics. Even then he was showing signs of becoming a diplomat, or someone skilled in international relations. Annan received his bachelor's degree in economics in 1961. Shortly after completing his studies at Macalester College, Annan headed for Geneva, Switzerland, where he attended graduate classes in economics at the Institut Universitaire des Hautes Etudes Internationales.<br />

<b>Early career</b><br />
<br />
Following his graduate studies in Geneva, Annan joined the staff of the World Health Organization (WHO), a branch of the United Nations. He served as an administrative officer and as budget officer in Geneva. Later UN posts took him to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and New York City, New York. Annan always assumed that he would return to his native land after college, although he was disturbed by the unrest and numerous changes of government that occurred there during the 1970s.<br />
<br />
Annan became the Alfred P. Sloan fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. At the end of his fellowship in 1972, he was awarded a master of science degree in management. Rather than return to Ghana upon graduation, he accepted a position at the UN headquarters in New York City.<br />

<br />
<b>Kofi Annan Work with the UN</b><br />
<br />
In 1974 he moved to Cairo, Egypt, as chief civilian personnel officer in the UN Emergency Force. Annan briefly changed careers in 1974 when he left the United Nations to serve as managing director of the Ghana Tourist Development Company.<br />
<br />
Annan returned to international diplomacy and the United Nations in 1976. For the next seven years, he was associated with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Geneva. He returned to the UN headquarters in New York City in 1983 as director of the budget in the financial services office. Later in the 1980s, he filled the post of assistant secretary-general in the Office of Human Resources Management and served as security coordinator for the United Nations. In 1990, he became assistant secretary-general for another department at the United Nations, the Office of Program Planning, Budget, and Finance. In fulfilling his duties to the United Nations, Annan has spent most of his adult life in the United States, specifically at the UN headquarters in New York City.<br />
<br />
Annan had by this time filled a number of roles at the United Nations, ranging from peacekeeping to managerial, and the 1990s were no different. In 1990 he negotiated the release of hostages in Iraq following the invasion of Kuwait. Five years later, he oversaw the transition of the United Nations Protection Force (UNPROFOR) to the multinational Implementation Force (IFOR), a UN peacekeeping organization. In this transfer of responsibility, operations in the former Yugoslavia were turned over to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).<br />
<br />
<br />
In recognition of his abilities, Annan was appointed secretary-general, the top post of the UN, by the UN General Assembly in December 1996. He began serving his four-year term of office on January 1, 1997. Joining him was his second wife, former lawyer Nane Lagergren of Sweden. She is the niece of the diplomat Raoul Wallenberg (1912–c.1947), who saved thousands of European Jews from the German Nazis during World War II (1939–45), when American-led forces fought against Germany, Italy, and Japan. Annan and Lagergren were married in 1985. The couple has one child.<br />

<b>Annan in a new world</b><br />
<br />
Annan's code of soft-spoken diplomacy was given a boost by the outcome of his talks with Saddam Hussein in 1998. UN observers wait to see how additional crises will be handled by the gentle but determined man from Ghana.<br />
<br />
In the summer of 2001, the United Nations unanimously appointed Kofi Annan to his second five-year term as secretary-general. On October 12, 2001, the Nobel Peace Prize was awarded jointly to the United Nations and Kofi Annan. The Nobel citation pointed out that Annan had brought new life to the peacekeeping organization, highlighted the United Nations's fight for civil rights, and boldly taken on the new challenges of terrorism and acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS; a disease of the immune system).

 The ‘Obi Nyani Me’ hitmaker on Celebrity Ride With Zion felix show revealed that the allegation by her manager, Wilson Kumi’s wife, Olivia Kumi heavily affected her brand.

She said on the Angel TV program that Rev Amoako Attah, head pastor of Freedom Chapel International where she fellowships was not happy when he heard about Mrs. Wilson’s claim.<br />

 Mrs. Olivia Kumi accused Patience Nyarko of snatching her husband, who currently her manager.<br />
<br />
 According to the lady, the Gospel artiste schemed and maneuvered her way into her husband’s life and managed to snatch her husband away from her and now share a home together.

 Wilson Kumi has neglected his duties to his wife and kids.

Kumi is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Trust Productions, the record label that signed Patience Nyarko and Piesie Ester.

This will not be the first scenario of a commoner who tried to catch a closer glimpse of a powerful leader in any country.<br />

However, this will surely go down in history as one of the worst civilian treatment of a commoner who was pushed away in the clear view of the president to pave way for his car.<br />

Report reaching GhanaSky.com indicates that, there was a remarkable wedding celebration at the city of Kigali is the capital city of Rwanda, roughly in the center of the country. It sprawls across numerous hills, ridges and valleys, and has a vibrant restaurant and nightlife scene. The Kigali Genocide Memorial documents the 1994 mass killings in Rwanda, associated with the country’s civil war. President Muhammadu Buhari has dissociated himself from any role in the plot by minority lawmakers in Benue State to remove Governor Samuel Ortom.<br />

According to a statement by his spokesperson, Femi Adesina, “President Buhari will never be part of any unconstitutional act, and any attempt to link him with the inglorious past, when minority number of lawmakers impeached governors, will not stick.”<br />
<br />
Mr Buhari and his party, APC, have been criticised for the role of security agencies in allowing eight Benue APC lawmakers sit Monday at the assembly complex to issue the removal impeachment notice on Mr Ortom who recently left the party. The APC lawmakers accuse Mr Ortom of corruption, a charge the governor denies.<br />

The majority members of the 30-member Benue State House of Assembly are of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), the party Mr Ortom joined last week.<br />
<br />
The action of the minority APC lawmakers and the role of the police and other security agencies in the crisis has been condemned by many Nigerians including Senate President Bukola Saraki and House of Representatives Speaker, Yakubu Dogara.<br />

In his statement, Mr Adesina said President Buhari should not be dragged into the controversy.<br />

Even while attending the ECOWAS/ECCAS Summit in Togo, strident attempts were being made to drag President Muhammadu Buhari into the unfolding drama between the executive and the legislature in Benue State.<br />
<br />
Statements have been issued by different interest groups, insinuating that the President may have a hand in the development in Benue. This is paranoia at its worst, coming from people who have wittingly positioned themselves against the clean-up of the country, and the way we do things. They prefer business as usual.<br />
<br />
President Buhari will never be part of any unconstitutional act, and any attempt to link him with the inglorious past, when minority number of lawmakers impeached governors, will not stick. It will simply be like water off the duck’s back. Those with open minds know this, but those who cavil would rather source everything untoward to the President. It is murky ground in which they are now marooned, as fallout of their resistance to change in the country.<br />

When it suits them, they preach separation of powers and true federalism, and in another breath, they call on the President to interfere brazenly in affairs at state level.<br />
<br />
President Buhari will always stand by all that is noble and fair, and will reject attempts to drag him into infamy. People who stoke fires by deliberate acts of omission or commission, and then summon the President to come and put it out will find that this President will be guided by the Constitution at all times, no matter the attempt to entangle him in unwarranted controversies.<br />

According to Variety, who broke the news, Clemons will portray one of the few live action roles in the movie, as most will be CGI characters like in Beauty and the Beast and Jungle Book.<br />

She'll play the owner of Lady, who“after having a baby, becomes distant from the dog. Lady eventually ends up wandering the streets, where she meets Tramp."<br />

The film will be directed by Charlie Bean.<br />
