|Soldiers and Police to flash out trouble nomadic Fulani herdsmen|
According to the local Drobonso Fulani herdsman, who has been keeping cattle in the area since 1985, said his animals were killed under the instructions of District Chief Executive of Sekyere Afram Plains Joseph Owusu earlier today at Ampete in Drobonso.
Speaking in interview with Ultimate FM’s Isaac Bediako, the Fulani Herdsman said the soldiers could have killed him if he had not run for cover.
“As I speak with you I have let all my cattle in the bush, they have killed 120 at the time I left the bush. All my cattle are scattered in the bush and farmers are also killing some,” he noted.
He added that, “This is the rough figure I have at the moment, I will go back to the place where my cattle graze again to confirm the accurate figure of the number of my cattle killed,’’ he said.
