The Chief Executive Officer of Bolgatanga All Stars, Abdul Basit Paawille has threatened to sell the club due to financial constraint.







According to the football administrator, the club could be put up for sale if they are unable to raise an appreciable amount to play the Ghana Premier League.

The Stars of the East qualified from the Zone One of the GN Bank division one league in the just ended season.

“We will take matters into our hand and go round to solicit for funds but if we are unable to raise enough funds" he told Bolgatanga based Radio A1

"We will sit as a team and release the team to people who will want to buy it because we have had several offers.”

Bolga All Stars made history as the first club from the Upper West region to feature in the Ghanaian top-flight.
