One group of MP's came to Parliament with white paper tissue and the other group with red paper tissue. That means one group of MP;s were "Against" and others were "For" Prez. Mahama.

From GHANASKY.COM analyst, those against the NDC and President Mahama, turn the wonderful music by the NDC members of parliament Mass Choir group to "So so silly Mahama de do". They just changed the chorus of the whole show. And the word silly here means: "Having or showing a lack of common sense or foolishness"

Spokespersons of political parties, the Judiciary, members of the diplomatic offices, some chiefs, and other invited guests filled the Parliament house to listen to President Mahama's  State of the Nation Address.

This State of the Nation Address, is in accordance with Article 67 of the Constitution which Says that “The President shall, at the beginning of each session of Parliament and before a dissolution of Parliament, deliver to Parliament a message on the state of the nation.”
